Complimentary Virtual Appointments

While we are all practicing social distancing you can try one of our free virtual appointment with our chiropractors and physiotherapist. Your practitioner will check in with how you are doing and offer a combination of self-care tips, exercise programs, along with a personalized assessment to help fulfill your goals from home.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Book Your Virtual Appointment
Go to our online booking page. Log in and choose the “Virtual Appointment” option.  Or email info@ascenthealth.ca to book your session.

2. Access Your Virtual Session Online
At the time of your appointment, using a laptop or computer, log back into our online booking site and click the consent to virtual appointment. You will be joined by video with your practitioner for a one-on-one appointment. (Chrome and Firefox browsers work best).

3. Personalized Plan
During your 25-minute Virtual Appointment, your practitioner will review your goals, conduct a virtual assessment, and offer self-care tips.

4. Continue Your Plan Offline
Your practitioner will prescribe a personalized at-home exercise program to help improve the way you move, along with a follow-up virtual session, if needed.

*New patients must book a Physio Virtual Appointment. Not currently available for Chiropractic.

HOW TO ENSURE A GOOD EXPERIENCE

  • Wear athletic clothing
  • Find a private space with room to move around for exercises
  • Use a laptop or desktop. Ipads and iphones will not work.
  • Ensure your mic and video capabilities are working, and have a stable place to put your laptop
